Essential Job Functions:
Acts as Owner’s Representative for the development of assigned new hospital project(s). Develops and establishes goals and objectives throughout all phases including design, construction, inspection, final completion and closeout. Plans, develops, implements, coordinates, monitors, and evaluates policies and procedures to be used during assigned project(s) progression from planning to occupancy. Develops and implements techniques for evaluating program activities throughout project(s) life. Identifies the need to revise project management activities as needed. Plans, assigns, and supervises the work of the assigned on-staff project team. Performs all HR activities related to assigned project direct reports. Provides direction, guidance, and assistance to relevant project participants such as contracted A/E’s, contracted construction entity, inspectors, regulatory entities, etc.. Reviews results of project(s) investigations, studies, forecasts, and any modeling exercises and provides required direction and guidance. Reviews and approves management, productivity, and financial reports and studies related to the assigned project(s). Schedules and attends regular project meetings with all involved project parties and maintains accurate up to date project plans, change documentation, meeting notes, project status reports, project timeline projects. Develops written and video project reports to present to agency leadership and other appropriate relevant parties to the project. Represents the agency at business meetings, public hearings, Legislative called work/project meetings, Legislative session meetings, conferences, and before boards, panels, and committees related to the assigned project(s). Plans, develops, and approves schedules, priorities, and standards for achieving project(s) goals and completion schedules. Develops, reviews, and approves project(s) budgets and directs evaluation activities related to project completion and projections. Reviews ongoing project(s) activities and compares to guidelines, procedures, rules, and regulations; and monitors compliance to such.

Job Description

• Understands all network technologies, designs and product offerings. Troubleshoots and analyzes complex network designs/issues and provides short/long term resolution plans. Provides technical feedback to engineering concerning design/product changes/enhancements. Performs the responsibilities under a high pressure, short time-line environment, which includes managing and responding to aggressive customers.

• Manages mid-range projects with minimal supervision including OPS requirements, document reviews, MOP reviews, software & hardware upgrades, maintenance scheduling, etc.

• Evaluates and assigns risk levels for all activities performed on the production networks. Focus is on minimizing customer impact and thorough back-out procedures. Clearly communicates expected impact to customers and/or network in approval statement. Ensures the MOP can be carried out safely in regards to workman’s protection assurance.

• Verifies Methods of Procedures (MOPs) prior to work being scheduled and executed (GCRs) in order to ensure that planned activities on the operational networks are carried out with minimal disruptions to existing services.

• Performs root cause analysis and provides proposed corrective actions. Creates and executes procedures to address corrective actions and resolves chronic failures.

• May support field services by writing and developing MOPs when needed.

Education Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or 2 plus years of relevant job experience. Relevant job experience is

Physical Requirements:

• Office – Sits 5 to 7 hours per day; Bend, reach, stoop and crouch; lift 10 lbs.
